About
Welcome to our Day 41 CrossFit community, where athletes of all ages, sizes, backgrounds, and experience levels come together to push limits, lift each other up, and grow stronger—both inside and out. Here, we believe in hard work, relentless support, and the pursuit of becoming the best version of ourselves. We train with fundamentals , consistency and intensity, but always with humility, knowing there’s always more to learn and improve. Together, we celebrate victories, embrace challenges, and stay hungry for progress. No matter where you start, you belong here—strong, happy, and unstoppable.

Our Mission
Born out of a love for the sport, our goal is to help our community succeed in life. To do so, we must take care of our bodies, minds, and spirits. Being the best version of yourself starts with making your health a priority in all aspects.
We built Day 41 CrossFit with the goal of helping our community to overcome struggles, transform their lives and step into a new version of yourself , —whether that means excelling as an individual, parent, grandparent, athlete, student, golfer, sailor, runner, tennis player, or beyond.
Lets get after it!

What to expect
-
Every 60-minute class at Day 41 CrossFit is led by experienced coaches dedicated to your progress. We kick things off together with a structured warm-up to prime your body for the workout ahead.
Your coach will walk the group through the day’s workout, breaking down movements and proper technique to ensure safety and efficiency. Throughout the session, they’ll be there to guide, support, and push you to perform your best.
We wrap up each class with a cooldown to aid recovery and help prevent injuries, so you leave feeling strong and ready for the next challenge.
-
Not at all! Our members come from all fitness levels, just like you. Every new member starts with an assessment to gauge their current ability. As you progress, you’ll have the option to take on more challenging variations of the workout at your own pace.
-
Reach out and Book a No Sweat Intro. We will give you a tour of the facility, speak to one of our coaches, understand where you are with your fitness goals, and we will come up with a plan from there. Sign up Here

If you're just getting started, training 2-4 times per week is a great way to build consistency and see progress while allowing your body to adapt.
Expect some soreness along the way—giving yourself rest days between sessions will help with recovery. As you build strength and endurance over the next few months, you can work up to 5 days a week to push your results even further!
-
Group Classes are great, but they aren’t for everyone. Some athletes prefer to work one on one with a coach. If that is your style we can arrange one on one personal training with one of our talented coaches.

Your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start.
